  Rude experience from start to finish now on 3 consecutive occasions when visiting this post office to drop off parcels, it is a far cry from other Australia Post branches i visit. That is the last time i will visit that branch for Australia Post transactions. Each time has been with the same lady who has no customer service what so ever who portrays nothing but rude and obnoxious attitude and behaviour. I would give this review a 1/2 star is possible. Do your self a favour and visit the Waratah or Hamilton branches that are near by with a FAR better customer service experience. VERY disappointing....

  Worst customer service ever .abusive to my older uncle ..couldnt reprint a reciept out and very rude and un helpful .no wonder aussie post is closing down ..no stars would have better

  Also for the deliverys, doesn't matter if I am in the house or backyard, if the delivery person doesn't physically see you, a letter to collect will get left in the mail box instead of walking to the door and knocking... weak effort!

  I don't know. It was average I guess. Staff weren't the greatest. Had to wait ages to collect our parcel.
